Fatima and her husband are the sweetest, friendliest most proffesional retail assistants and bridal designer specialists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. In July 2017 having never set foot in a bridal shop (I am the oldest of two sisters and I have not accompanied friends to their fittings before) I was nervous about taking the leap into what was a nerve racking experience. My mum and I decided to have a days shopping in Bassingstoke town centre and when on the train flower girl outfits of tulle ... I Google searched "mother of the bride" outfits. It must have been fate because 3 hours later after having the shop to ourselves on a Wednesday morning we had succefully purchased my mum's dress and hat. In addition I had tried on 13 dresses which was lucky for some because a week later I returned and purchased the dress of my dreams. It is now on order and I can't wait to return in the spring for my fittings, and to try and buy excesories.
From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like long life friends because Fatima is so friendly and warm. Fatima and her team were patient and kind, they offered complimentary comments about how the outfit's looked on us and offered constructive feedback to help stear us to outfit's that suited our body shapes as well as working with my wedding theme.
Nothing was to much trouble. If we wanted to try a shoe on with that dress, or needed to put that hat on for the third time it was always a yes and a don't worry take your time, and with a smile always.
Customer toilets and refreshments were offered to allow a comfortable visit and I can hand on heart say that I have never felt more looked after.
When I arrived I was a quivering, confused bride wearing grey saggy under wear and a nervous grin. I didn't leave my house that morning thinking I would have found the dress of my dreams but when I left I felt like a princess. I know on my special day in Summer 2018 our wedding party will agree because I have 100% faith in Fatima's talent and team. Thank you Fatima. We are looking forward to returning when we get the call to say that my dress has been completed.
